Sally Little is Group Finance Director within the Growth Company's Corporate Services. She is a qualified accountant with over 20 years industry experience, working in the Housing, Education, Construction and Not-for-Profit sectors.

During her time at GC, Sally has transformed the Finance function, transferred the Finance systems from on-premise to SaaS, introduced our 7 guiding financial principles and improved the timeliness and robustness of financial reporting.
